Bitter herbs, salty water, a sweet apple mixture, the shank bone of a lamb - what is the meaning behind these symbolic elements of the Jewish Passover? The Passover Seder meal shows the parallels between the Passover in the Old Testament and the work of Jesus Christ as the perfect Passover Lamb in the New Testament. Our liturgy will lead us through prayers and readings that remind us of God’s acts of redemption in His plan of Salvation. The Seder will include the celebration of the Lord’s Supper and a potluck meal (lamb and chicken will be provided, so bring a side dish to share). Desserts provided. Be filled both physically and spiritually as we ponder Christ in the Passover.
